    First of all, I want to say that was a really cool video. Super entertaining.

    Second, without giving away what the one thing is to those trying to find out without watching the video, the one thing has so many health benefits. Among my favorite is how effective it is at reducing inflammation and stress. Both of these are silent killers, so reducing them should be a top priority for everyone.

    Loved the video, In the last 6 months or so I have started a habit of getting up at 5:30 in the morning and walking the dog for 45-60 minutes. Watching this just gave me the motivation I needed to keep it up.

    Simple but not always the easiest thing to make yourself do. Anyone can find 30 minutes a day though.
