Let me start of by saying, thank you for choosing to incorporate weight training as part of your exercise routine.  There is a lot of misleading information about women and weight training and as a result, many women are intimidated by using weights to workout.  Regardless of the reasons why women tend to shy away from weight training at the gym, I am going to discuss why women should incorporate weight training into their regular exercise routine, I will provide tips on how to use weights to develop a nicely toned, feminine look, and I will provide a few gym workouts for women ready to pump some iron.  If you are looking for a program full of gym workouts for women who want to achieve a slim, feminine physique, then I highly recommend the Visual Impact for Women program. In a few days we’ll be heading out for a 4-week tour of North America.  During this time we will be traveling to attend a professional conference in Canada and visit family and friends in various parts of the US.  We only get back to the US once a year so we have been looking forward to this trip for a long time.  It is going to be great to be able to catch up with our friends and family.  We’ll even be able to attend a couple of weddings while we are there.  In addition to catching up with people we love we will also be hitting our favorite food joints and drinking the best microbrews around the country.  Normally, weddings, dining out, and micro-brews are a recipe for weight gain and will wreak havoc on your health and fitness goals.  Below we are going to lay out our strategy for keeping lean and fit as we travel for four weeks with extremely limited access to a gym or fitness equipment and too much access to fatty foods and empty calories.

Below I am going to outline my favorite workout routine for weight loss, but I am also going to take it a step further and explain why this method is so effective.  By doing this you will be able to take this information and tailor it to your specific needs.  I first started using this workout routine when I decided that I wanted to reclaim my health by dropping 20 pounds.  Utilizing the routine outlined below I was able to reach my goal in only 10 weeks.  Since I have now found a diet that fits with my lifestyle and keeps this weight off I only really turn to this workout routine when I want to look my best by trimming a bit more fat for a vacation or weekend at the beach.  This is a long post but it is loaded with tons a great content that many people are trying to sell you.  I believe this information is too important to charge an entrance fee.  That is why it is published here for all to see.  I hope that it will empower you to achieve your weight loss potential.
